Boutique Hotel at Home
This active couple with two little ones was eager to make their primary bedroom a soothing daily retreat. We worked with them to redesign and furnish the space, tucking a boutique hotel experience right into a corner of their home.
Following cues from the owners love of mid-century design, we paired clean-lined furniture with luxurious textiles, like velvet, faux fur, and linen. For the color palette, fresh whites inspire a sense of optimism and airiness, while deep navy feels grounding and supportive. The two are tied together with warm, natural woods for the ultimate at-home retreat. This project was proudly featured in Arlington Magazine’s ‘Great Spaces’.
